This is pretty much my new favorite meal. If you can cook bacon, you’re in!! P.S. I hope you can cook bacon.

One of the most popular recipes here for 2 years running have been my Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They’ve been shared on Pinterest nearly half a million times and have landed on a bunch of health and fitness blogs. So I used my deductive reasoning and figured you guys like things wrapped in lettuce. These BLT Lettuce Wraps have a quick dill sauce I super love. And they are especially good while tomatoes are still in season!

These BLT Lettuce Wraps are ready to eat in 15 mins. All you have to do is cook the bacon! Simple, low carb, delicious.
