{No More} Manic Monday Meal Plan

Time to plan this week's meals! Fall is keeping us crazy busy in the best ways so our options here are not only time and budget conscious, but they are also freezer/leftover friendly! I have 6457865474 things to do right now so without more fluff and chit chat, here are this week's recipes:

  1. Yum! I really need to start meal planning. I don't know why I haven't started it yet. It would definitely save me a lot of time and money. One thing's for sure though, I'll be making the vegetable soup one night this week! 🙂

    1. Yeah for vegetable soup! Making yourself DO the planning can be a little cumbersome at first, but I was really inspired by a friend who very carefully shops locally, sticks to a small budget, and turns out AWESOME meals (you can find her at SOLE Food Kitchen). It can be done 🙂 And it makes things less stressful. Thanks Colynn!!!

  2. As usual, I can't wait to try all of them, especially the egg rolls and that freezer friendly veggie soup. Its starting to feel a bit like fall here in TN; perfect soup weather.
