My kiddos start school next week, and I know some of you have already gotten back into your fall routine. I’m taking this weekend to get my act together. Starting with dinner! Now I just need to practice feeding this brood before 8 p.m. Hope this list of ideas helps you as much as it helps me!
MONDAY
Slow Cooker Beef Barbacoa – Unsophisticook- You know how every time I include a vegetarian recipe I tell you that my boys collectively roll their eyes? Well this dish is the opposite. This one has them leaping off the couch and cheering. And me, too.
TUESDAY
Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken Caprese – The Law Student’s Wife- Have you tried this one yet? I think this is the second time we have added this one to a meal plan. Because IT IS AWESOME.
WEDNESDAY
Chicken Parmesan Meatball Casserole – Buns In My Oven – Comfort Food to the max. Now if only I could get the weather to cooperate with my casserole-wanting ways.
THURSDAY
Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Sandwich – Taste and Tell – THIS! Is a Carl’s Jr. Copycat Chicken Sandwich. We don’t have that particular restaurant over here which is why I am even more excited to try this recipe from home!!!
FRIDAY
Healthy Dill Chicken Salad Wraps – Sugar Dish Me -This wrap, some chips and a cold beer on the side would do just fine for Friday night.
SATURDAY
Honey Garlic Chicken Sliders – Crumbs and Chaos -Why go out when you can have THIS at home!
SUNDAY
Mac and Cheese Muffin Cups – Lemons for Lulu – Mac and Cheese for dinner tonight then mac and cheese in the lunch boxes tomorrow!
LET’S GET DESSERT!
Lemon Pie Ice Cream – Sugar Dish Me- If you are a pie crust lover this ice cream is for you. There are bits of pie crust in every creamy lemon pie bite!
