{No More} Manic Monday Meal Plan

Seven more meals for seven more days!
I hope this post makes you as hungry as it made me. I have spent all weekend WORKING like crazy, and I have some really awesome new recipes coming in the next couple of weeks that I am pretty excited about. In the meantime, here are some great options to help you change up your weekly menu. I included some chicken dishes for those that asked and there are also a few more meatless meals this week which I love.
What's on your meal plan this week?
MONDAY
(Mmmmmmmm. Soup.)
TUESDAY
Pappardelle with Caramelized Onions and Crispy Kale
(A delicious and fast option -- plus I LOOOVVEE pappardelle.)
WEDNESDAY

(Yes. You can have chocolate for dinner.)
THURSDAY

(Who doesn't love Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches?!)
FRIDAY

(Mac 'n' Cheese for the win!)
SATURDAY

(A fun baked twist on an old cornflake recipe favorite.)

All of these recipes look equally delicious! I'm eyeing those Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches though- RIGHT up my alley! Bacon + ranch makes me swoon!
I was really impressed with the sandwich spread I used for those sandwiches! I am usually a hard and fast from-scratch cook and I don't buy much that is pre-made but they were good! And made for fast cooking. Thanks Ashley! 🙂
Pappardelle. Mac and Cheese. AND quesadillas. Girl, you are rocking my world!
I wish i were responsible for the mac 'n' cheese & quesadillas. they are awesome, right? Tanya is so cool.
Loveing the manic monday posts, both for ideas and because they remind me of recipes I'd forgotten about that you posted a while back. That papardelle looks awesome, and fits in with my cheap-and-healthy efforts at the moment too - this week is all planned out, but it's going in next week's plan!
The mac and cheese look so good!! My kids are so picky they don't like anything I wish they would try this. Here is a link to my recipe/prize for this week http://www.lisareneejones.com/spiderweb-caramel-apples-spiderweb-candy-dish-giveaway/. Have a good day!!!---Rachel
If I give my kids anything in the form of mac 'n' cheese they eat it. I hope your kiddos give you a break! Thanks for the link Rachel!!
Ooh, that Mexican Mac&Cheese looks delish! I'm impressed with your menu plan- I usually plan for the blog and then when we don't know what to eat that night for dinner, I reach for the delivery menus (for shame, I know). Can't wait to see what else you've got coming!
Thank you Ruthy!
I actually don't follow my own menu though. Ha! Most of my cooking happens for the blog early in the day so I can get everything photographed before dinner. Like today I made soup, chili, and pesto. Not a meal at all lol.
That oven-fried chicken looks to die for!! I want to come eat at your house this week! 🙂
Thanks so much Marie! The oven fried chicken is fast AND super easy 🙂
Success! I'm hungry! I'll be making that oven fried chicken this week! Wow!
Yay! My kids love that chicken 🙂 I'm hungry too. I have my eye on that pork! I add cocoa powder to my chili and it adds a richness that is probably AMAZING on a tenderloin. That was a great one to share!
