You know I still have that soup recipe saved from last year so I can make it, but I haven't yet. Fail on my part.

Make it soon! Soup season is here! Anyway-- you have been the best kind of busy so you have great excuses for not cooking :)

All of these recipes look delicious, but the onion sandwich I think is my favorite.---Rachel

Thanks Rachel! I like the onion sandwich, too :)

Thanks so much for responding to the request for make ahead options; you are awesome!!! I will be trying the tomato basil soup ASAP. I have a very picky eater but tomato soup is one of his favorites and too often I resort to canned varieties to save time. I will feel like a much better mom with this soup stocked in my freezer! Another bonus - I can use some of the late summer tomatoes from the community organic garden we are members of. I want to try all of these recipes, especially the pecan chicken salad. It looks fabulous.

Hi, AJ! Thank you so much! I realized after pulling this list together that I need to work on more freezer meals! So glad the soup worked out for you! Let me know how you like the things you try out-- and the feedback is always welcome! It really helps.
